Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirements: A $20 deposit is required upon scheduling online. Please send deposits via CashApp ($myacashcash) or Apple Pay (number: 4149402900). Fee for Working Over Others' Work: An additional $7 fee applies when working over previous work. Health Precautions: Please refrain from booking if you have flu-like symptoms. Your safety and well-being are our priorities. Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. However, if I need to cancel an appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Service Costs: The cost of some services varies based on the complexity of the design. Client Verification: New clients must send a photo to my Instagram (MsMayyDaily) and provide a phone number to ensure booking safety. Appointment Confirmation: Email confirmations are sent 24 hours before your appointment. House Visits: House visits must be scheduled 2-3 days in advance. Booking Adjustments: Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Children and Additional Participants: Please come alone unless prior arrangements have been made.
